The club have organised a club social on Saturday 28th February at the Capel Curig Community Hall. There will be skiing as usual 3-5pm at Plas Y Brenin followed by après from 5pm onwards at the community hall. There is limited parking at the venue, but additional spaces at Tyn y Coed Hotel.
Refreshments will be provided including vin chaud, chocolate chaud & waffles Many club members have been asking if we will organise a club second hand sale an event which used to be a yearly ski club occurrence. We have decided to hold the sale at the next club social.
Anyone who would like to bring items along must clearly label them so that buyers know who to speak to about making a purchase. The club will not be charging a commission on items sold and it will be up to individuals to agree a price and handle the transaction themselves!
Lets hope we can do our bit for the environment by reusing and recycling! |
